I’ve never been to drawing school and everything that I do now I learnt myself little by little over the course of years. This means I have experience of a huge range of different techniques (analogue, digital and also in the creative field) and I like to experiment with them. :-)

| 1. | Under the “Web tutorials” menu item on toonity.com, all toonity users can upload their own drawings and receive advice from Ms Tauss. |
| 2. | This service is free and Ms Tauss only has a limited amount of time to devote to the tutorial. That is why she will decide for herself on an appropriate answer-length and the maximum amount of advice provided 0> ultimately as many users as possible should benefit from the tutorial and not only a few asking a lot of questions. (each toonity.com user will likely be able to upload a maximum of 3 drawings per week) |
| 3. | The time taken to answer may vary and depends on the number of drawings uploaded. We therefore ask that you remain patient if it takes slightly longer for you to receive a reply. |
| 4. | If a large number of requests for the advice service are made, we reserve the right to provisionally decline some drawings and move them to a later time. |
| 5. | Once the advice session for an uploaded drawing is over, the user can close this by clicking on the “Finish this tutorial” button. Only then are they able to upload a new picture with another question. |
| 6. | If necessary Ms Tauss or even the user can upload their own drawing videos or other improved/re-worked drawings for discussion. |
| 7. | Please note that Ms Tauss already has a great deal of drawing experience and therefore will not only have praise for your drawings, but may also be critical. Please do not take criticism personally, but rather see it as a chance to improve your drawing style! |
| 8. | Please think about your questions carefully and ask these in an understandable way to Ms Tauss in order to avoid misunderstandings and the need for unnecessary extra questions. |
