1.	Along with the existing Chat Room button we will add another ‘Live Chat’ button. The chat can only be accessed at the listed dates and times.
2.	Please stick to the chatrules under „ABOUTTOONITY“ during the live chat session!
3.	Every toonity.com user can join in the chat and ask Ms Völker questions live or simply follow the chat and read the questions and replies.
4.	So that the layout is clear, all the participating users will be displayed in a list on the right hand side of the chat screen (whoever enters the chat first will be at the top of the list [green area]).
5.	The top three users will always be allowed to ask a question during the chat (the users in this field will be highlighted on a green background colour). Once Alexandra has answered these questions, the next three users will be able to ask questions and the first three will go to the bottom of the list.
6.	If you don’t want to ask any questions and simply want to read the chat, just uncheck the checkbox in the LIVE-CHAT (below the send button).
7.	If somebody leaves the chat before it is over, the users below move upwards. This ensures that everyone reaches the top of the list and the correct order is maintained.
8.	The chat dialogue and the questions will be saved afterwards, so that you can read through everything again at a later date.

Please think about the question you want to ask on the specified topic before the chat session, and only ask Alexandra ONE question, so that other users also get their turn.
