„JOIN THE NEVERENDING COMIC COMPETITION – FROM 24.05.10 - 27.06.10!“
The longest comic with the most participants wins. Invite all you friends and create a comic together with them! You can win great prizes! The competition runs from 24.05.10-27.06.10 inclusive.
This is how it works:
Click here to create the first page of your Neverending comic. When you are ready, save it in the Neverending Comic Competition Gallery II and pass it on to a friend, who has to then create the next page of the comic.
You're free to integrate your own pictures (please refer to the copyright rules!) to jazz up the comic. Of course, your friends have to pass the comic on to other friends. You’ll need lots of friends to win, and a bit of luck of course! Because only the longest comic can win. Naturally, the comic should also tell a story and not simply be a series of repeated images or a wild mix of text and images!

In order to enter the competition and get your comic rated by other toonity.com users, upload your completed Neverending Comic to the Neverending Comic Competition Gallery II under the ‘MYWORK / MYNEVERENDINGCOMICS’ menu item. The 3 comics with the best ratings by the closing date will win fantastic prizes. It's worth joining in!

It's really great - now it's possible to use your own photos in the Comic Creator. These can be integrated as an object, background or character.
Of course, you can also upload, crop and use pictures you've drawn yourself (manga characters, backgrounds and objects) in the Comic Creator. There's (almost) no limit to how you use your imagination! When uploading photos, please make sure not to use photos which are not your own or photos which show other people who have not given their prior consent (see copyright rules).

The tool is self-explanatory. First you decide whether you’d like to use a photo or a picture you’ve drawn yourself. It should already be available as a file (e.g. .jpg) or you can scan your drawing and save it on your PC.
In the Photo Upload area you can select the file, upload it and use the cutting tool to edit it (simply move the cutting dot along the edge).
Decide whether you’d like to use the uploaded photo as a background, character or object. Once you’re done, the picture will be available for you to use in the selected category in the Comic Creator.

Important:
In order to prevent users in future from creating ‘fake profiles’ to give themselves good ratings and/or other users bad ratings, we have had to change the toonity.com rating system. From November 2008, you have to meet certain requirements in order to be able to rate other users.
