General entry conditions

The competition is open to everyone apart from STABILO employees. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. Participants who are suspected of manipulating the competition technically will be excluded from the competition. By entering, each participant declares that they agree to their photo being published in the toonity.com Connichi photo gallery, commented on, recommended via email and rated. Furthermore, each participant declares that should they win, they agree to their name appearing online and their winning photo being published in a winner’s gallery. Winners will be informed by email. Prizes can not be transferred to other people or relinquished. Only one prize per entrant! (The highest rating counts!) As always, the judges' decision is final.

Transferring information and data

Please do not send any confidential or copyright-protected information such as business proposals, product ideas, concepts, know-how, technical documents, or pictures and MP3s (collectively referred to as 'documents') to toonity.com.

By sending documents you declare that the documents are neither confidential nor copyright-protected, that is to say that toonity.com is completely entitled at any time to use and or rate these documents in any way and/or for their own purposes;
that toonity.com has no obligation to you in the event of the use of the document, and that you will not take any legal action against toonity.com relating to the use of the documents;

that you have unlimited access to the documents sent to toonity.com, and that you indemnify toonity.com from all valid claims by third parties arising from the sending and/or use of these documents, or that you will provide toonity.com with compensation in such an event;
You are prohibited from uploading to the website or sending toonity.com documents, messages, images or MP3 files with illegal, illicit, threatening, slanderous, defamatory, obscene, potentially scandalous, incendiary, pornographic or particularly criminal content.

A security risk is involved when you send data and information to this website electronically. Toonity.com is not liable for the security of the information sent to the website or on the website. You hereby agree to this and expressly accept this security risk to information and data transferred through the use of this website.
