| 5. | Publication and exchange of passwords and similar within toonity.com are not permitted. |
| 6. | The use of the account, user name or password of another member or access to your account by a third party with your approval are not permitted. |
| 7. | Person-related data made accessible by other members in toonity.com are to be treated confidentially and may not be used further in any other way, in particular not for commercial purposes. Likewise, you are not allowed to ask members to state their passwords or person-related data. |
| 8. | You are not allowed to publish telephone numbers. addresses, surnames, URLs or e-mail addresses of other natural or legal entities and/or to make them publicly accessible without prior approval. |
| 9. | Propagating or supporting illegal and illicit contents, in particular portrayals of racism, discrimination, slander, insults, fanaticism, hate, political extremity, religious disparagement or physical violence of any kind towards any group or individual persons by texts and/or images is forbidden. |
| 10. | A member may not propagate any Contents portraying and/or supporting sexual or violent abuse of persons, entailing naked persons or otherwise objectionable portrayals or containing a link to a website not suitable for juveniles as a text, image or in any other way via toonity.com. |
| 11. | If photographs on which the member himself and also another person or further persons are to be seen, both the upload and also marking or linking of the image file may only take place to the extent that the approval of the third party/parties has been given. |
| 12. | You are not allowed to upload image files on which exclusively or inter alia works, corporate, trademark or other business signs protected by copyright or other protected signs and information are portrayed. |
| 13. | The contents made accessible via www.toonity.com - with the exception of the cases admitted by law or contractual regulations - may not be copied, propagated or otherwise be made publicly accessible without the approval of the owner of the rights in question. A member may only publish contents protected by statutory directives if he possesses the rights to them. The member shall be personally responsible for each publication. |
| 14. | toonity.com is exclusively intended for private use. Therefore, commercial and political activities and/or sales, e.g. advertising, competitions, games, draws, exchange deals, adverts or snowball systems are banned without our prior written approval. This shall also apply to hidden or concealed advertising. In addition, data of the members may not be stored, processed, forwarded, used and/or utilised outside toonity.com for these or for other purposes. To this extent, the use of computer programmes for the automatic read-out of data such as crawlers (alias Spider or Robot, in short: Bot) is also forbidden. Sale or other forms of transfer of your profile are likewise inadmissible. |
| 15. | Unauthorised framing or linking of www.toonity.com is forbidden. |
| 16. | Disturbing, interrupting, processing, deleting or excessive straining of Services or of the networks or services connected with Services, e.g. by viruses or other programmes, as well as any automated use of the system, e.g. the addition of friends by means of scripts or the sending of comments and messages shall also be inadmissible. |
| 17. | As we recommend that parents monitor their minor children when surfing on the Internet as a matter of principle, minors should only use toonity.com in the presence of a parent or guardian. |
